Kyle Enger, Principal
Kyle Enger is a founding partner and principal at BBI where he is active in the consulting, training and structuring merger and acquisition transactions. Kyle specializes in working with closely held companies in the areas of financial management, valuation and preparation for sale. His engaging presentation style has made him one of the most requested presenters the country’s top banking schools. Kyle has taken a lead role in structuring and negotiating complicated merger and acquisition transactions, with deal sizes ranging from $5 million to $200 million. He sits on several corporate board of directors and is an associate director of Pacific Coast Banking School. Kyle holds a bachelor of science from the University of Washington and a master of business administration from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland where he received the honor of entrepreneur of the year.

David Enger, Principal
Dave Enger is a former bank vice president and founder of the Business & Banking Institute of Seattle, Washington. He is active in investment banking activities, appraisals of closely held business interests, financial consulting, estate planning and financial seminars for business owners. As a nationally recognized expert on the subject of financial management for small businesses, Dave is a frequent speaker for business and banking groups. Additionally, he has firsthand experience with the issues that face small business owners, as the owner of a closely held business and as the former president of the Seattle subsidiary of US Foods. David received his Bachelor of Science and masters in business administration. He currently serves on several business boards and acts as a consultant to banks nationwide on business banking strategies and practices. Dave is president of the Pacific Coast Banking School as well as a top-rated instructor at many of the nation's banking schools, including Pacific Coast Banking School and The Graduate School of Banking in Colorado.

Cheryl Abrahamson, J.D., Managing Director
As a Managing Director and corporate counsel at BBI, Cheryl Abrahamson focuses on business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, business formation and reorganizations. She is actively involved in assisting clients with infrastructure, general contract and governance issues. As a member of BBI’s deal team, Cheryl has been instrumental in the development and implementation of transactional go-to market strategies as well as oversight of due diligence activities. Prior to joining the BBI team in 2003, Cheryl worked for a large national commercial real estate investment company where she concentrated her efforts on contract development and negotiation. Cheryl received her Juris Doctor with honors from Gonzaga University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Montana.

Ryan Sheaffer, Associate Director
Ryan specializes in financial management, small business development and growth strategies for a variety of different industry sectors. As consultant, Ryan focuses on providing closely held companies with business diagnostic and valuation services. He provides financial management training to business owners and bankers across the country through the engaging finance and valuation based training programs at BBI. Prior to joining BBI, Ryan led the outbound marketing efforts for a large national sports-related organization. Ryan received a degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Portland.

Alesandro Pitcher, Analyst
As an Analyst at BBI, Alesandro advises middle-market companies on a range of corporate finance activities including strategic growth objectives, reorganization initiatives, and valuation services. With complimentary experience in commercial banking and private equity, Alesandro works with closely held companies to bring clarity to the complex financial and tax issues they face in conjunction with business transitions. Prior to joining BBI, Alesandro worked for a Washington D.C. based private equity firm where he focused on rehabilitating the financial operating structure of a technology company. Prior to this position he worked as a Commercial Loan Officer for a subsidiary of Glacier Bancorp. Alesandro received his B.S. in Finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.
